We are living in a Great Illusion, a trick in our perception of reality fueled by our very corrupt governments that has all of us quite enthralled in complex codes, statutes and regulations and in the mistaken idea that we can only act through our governments' permission. Nothing could be further from the truth... Government codes, statutes and regulations narrowly apply only in the public domain to specific interactions between corporations and other legal entities.

We, the living, breathing men and women, the homo vivo, who are not legal entities (unless we consent to it), for the most part are above those narrow and specific interactions and, acting in the private domain under Natural and Common Law, with honor and respect, are free to engage in any activity we see fit, contracting with each other in our own terms, with no government oversight.

As upheld by U.S. Supreme Court, Hale v. Henkel US 43 (1906), on page 201 U.S. 74 and 75, “... The individual may stand upon his constitutional rights as a citizen. He is entitled to carry on his private business in his own way. His power to contract is unlimited.”

Furthermore, “No State shall... pass any... Law impairing the Obligation of Contracts...” U.S. Constitution Article 1, section 10.

With this introduction in mind, to access the application for the medical exemption you must first become a member of SIGMA-health U project PMA, our Private Membership Association, the way we keep our exchanges in the private domain. You can learn more about our PMA here.

For the specifics of the medical exemption this is a Special Event, Limited Membership with no cost to you. Please read and sign the contract so as to be able to then access the application. Once your application is completed, if you want to apply for others in your household, you will have a chance to come back to this page and restart the process; a contract and application must be completed for each one interested in getting a medical exemption.
